These terms govern your use of OffersNudge (the "Site"). By browsing the Site or using a coupon code found here, you agree to them.

The service we provide

OffersNudge aggregates coupon codes, discounts, and sign-up offers published by third-party brands and affiliate networks. We do not issue, sell, or guarantee any offer — the merchant whose code you use sets and controls its own terms, pricing, and availability.

We check codes periodically and label them accordingly, but a code that worked at the time of our last check can stop working at any time for reasons outside our control (the merchant retiring it, regional or one-per-customer restrictions, minimum order requirements, and similar). We are not responsible for a code that fails at checkout.

Affiliate links

Links to merchant sites on OffersNudge are frequently affiliate links. Using one may result in OffersNudge earning a commission from the merchant, at no additional cost to you. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details.

Acceptable use

You may not use automated means (scraping, bots) to extract content from the Site at a volume or frequency that degrades it for other users, attempt to circumvent rate limiting or spam protections, or submit false or misleading coupon codes through the submission form.

No warranty

The Site and its content are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including as to the accuracy, completeness, or continued availability of any coupon or offer listed.

Changes

We may update these terms as the Site changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
